By accessing our website, submitting a reservation request, completing a rental application, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

To rent a vehicle through Atlanta Rideshare Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Meet our insurance and rental qualification requirements.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the reservation or application process.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Reservations

Reservation requests submitted through our website are subject to vehicle availability, application approval, payment requirements, and completion of all required documentation.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline any reservation or rental application.
• Require additional documentation.
• Cancel or modify reservations due to vehicle availability.
• Cancel or modify reservations due to maintenance or safety concerns.
• Make changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Quoted pricing is subject to change until your reservation has been confirmed.

SMS Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications from Atlanta Rideshare Rentals.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose your information.

SMS Consent

By opting into SMS communications, you acknowledge that:

• Your consent is not a condition of purchasing or renting a vehicle.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Rental Agreement

A separate rental agreement will be provided before vehicle delivery or pickup. The rental agreement may include additional terms concerning payment, deposits, mileage, insurance, authorized drivers, maintenance, vehicle use, late returns, damage, towing, tolls, fees, and other rental obligations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement will control with respect to the vehicle rental.

Accidents and Vehicle Damage

Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and may be financially responsible for loss, theft, damage, towing, impoundment, or other costs as provided in the applicable rental agreement and permitted by law.

Any accident, collision, theft, vandalism, mechanical issue, or material damage involving the vehicle must be reported to Atlanta Rideshare Rentals promptly and handled in accordance with the rental agreement.

Acceptable Vehicle Use

Vehicles may only be used by approved drivers and for purposes permitted under the applicable rental agreement. Prohibited use may include:

• Operation by an unauthorized driver
• Illegal activity
• Reckless or unsafe driving
• Racing or speed contests
• Towing unless expressly authorized
• Use outside permitted geographic areas
• Any use prohibited by the rental agreement

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time may be canceled without a cancellation fee unless otherwise stated at booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of certain reservation charges, as disclosed during booking or in the rental agreement.

Pricing and Availability

All rentals are subject to vehicle availability. Prices, deposits, fees, vehicle availability, rental terms, and promotions may change without prior notice until a reservation or rental agreement has been confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlanta Rideshare Rentals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of our website, vehicles, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, submit false or fraudulent information, or use our services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any applicable rental agreement provisions or mandatory legal requirements, disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia.

By using the Atlanta Rideshare Rentals website, submitting an application, making a reservation, or renting a vehicle from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
